Performing Arts at Albert Wisner Public Library

With generous funding from Library benefactors Glenn P. and Susan D. Dickes and the Albert Wisner Public Library Foundation, the Library is delighted to offer Music from McFarland Drive - free seasonal concerts year 'round - plus a variety of other free dance and performing arts programs.  When weather permits - primarily during the summer - concerts and other performing arts events may be held outdoors on the Library's grounds; please feel free to bring a lawn chair, blanket or towel to sit on.

Registration is required for these programs because of limited capacity in the Library's Community Room, our indoor location for arts programs.  In case of rain, outdoor events will be moved to the Community Room and only those who have registered will be admitted.  If the weather is good, feel free to join us even if you have not registered. Please call in advance to the Library Help Desk if in doubt:  986-1047, ext. 3.
