Our final performance for the summer season features a return visit of the London Trio. Featuring the flute, violin and cello plus a guest violist, they will be performing the well-loved Mozart Flute Quartet in D Major and much more, including some musical history to enhance your listening pleasure.

Participants will learn standing meditation, simple qigong exercises, and some basic taijiquan postures. Classes are limited to 30.
