Yoga has been shown to improve overall health, prevent and, in some cases, reverse disease when practiced regularly as a lifestyle. Yoga is for everyone, even those who are not flexible and may have mobility issues. Using a chair to practice yoga allows everyone to enjoy the many benefits of yoga, including:

  • Improved strength, flexibility and coordination
  • Reduced stress and improved mental clarity
  • Pain management
  • Socialization

Sara Gallmann has been a professional in the health and wellness industry for more than 30 years. S tarting as a personal trainer and group fitness coach, with certifications from AFAA (Athletics and Fitness Association of America) and ACE (American Council on Exercise), she turned her focus to the serious study of yoga, becoming a yoga teacher in 1999.  She has been teaching yoga, leading workshops, teacher trainings and leading yoga retreats ever since.
