As signs of climate change become increasingly intense, there is an urgent need to change the way we heat our homes.  Michael Helme, Bill Makofske and members of Sustainable Warwick, along with Energize New York and local contractors, will explain the benefits of home heating and cooling with heat pumps -- both air-source and geothermal.  Recent technological developments make it increasingly cost-effective to run heat pumps off solar- or wind-powered electricity.  If you are considering building a new home, need to replace a furnace, or are looking for ways to heat or cool your home with a smaller carbon footprint, please join us to learn about all of the possibilities.
