This interactive introduction will cover basic concepts and practices and will include open Q&A segments, as well as an experiential exercise.

This workshop will be led by Antonio Espinoza.  Antonio was introduced to NVC in 2011 while farming in Maui.   He was very inspired by it and decided to take part in NYCNVC's curriculum; he is a facilitator and trainer with the New York Center for Nonviolent Communication. Antonio's communication and outreach work has played a major role in our mission of sharing NVC around the world. He is currently the coordinator for First Mondays, Discovery Weekends and the Compassion Course Online.
