We have the power within us to prevent disease, to heal ourselves, and to have more energy for the important things in life.
This 10-week Natural Healing Workshop will focus on the regenerative power of nature through the foods, herbs, spices, micronutrients, supplements and behaviors that can enable a healthy life. We will learn not only about the choices that are available to us, but also about the reasons why those choices are meaningful.
Although we encourage attendance from the beginning of the workshops on Feb. 24, new members are welcome to join in at any workshop.
