Sustainable Sundays goes outside to delight in the abundance of food and medicinal plants that live all around us. Learn to identify common local plants and trees, and discover wise ways to use them simply and easily. Nourish your body, uplift your mind, and delight your soul with herbal food and medicine!
Robin Rose Bennett, founder of Wisewoman Healing Ways: Herbal Medicine and EarthSpirit Teachings, has been offering classes and events since 1986 at herb conferences, festivals, community clinics, medical and nursing schools, and most joyously, outside with the plants in community gardens, public parks, and on city streets. She is the author of Healing Magic - A Green Witch Guidebook to Conscious Living and The Gift of Healing Herbs. For more information visit: www.RobinRoseBennett.com.
This program will meet at the Lewis Woodlands on Robin Brae Drive in the Village of Warwick.
