Artist and author Agnes Adler shares her story of how her experience as a survivor of the horrors of Nazi-occupied Hungary shaped her development as a fine creative artist and wise, compassionate human being. Some of Agnes's sculpture will be on display in the Library. She will also share from her published book "On Swallow's Wings: the Personal Journey of Agnes Adler." Copies of her book will be available for purchase.
* This exhibit is funded by a generous gift from Glenn P. and Susan D. Dickes to the Albert Wisner Public Library Foundation. This project is made possible with funds from the Decentralization Program, a regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of Governor Cuomo and the New York State Legislature and administered by Art Mid-Hudson.
